We're currently envisaging three different types of talk.
On Tuesday 30th June 2020, there will be a huge array of live talks from researchers doing pioneering research online. See our list of speakers and contributers. Each talks will be 15 minutes long. Talks will be grouped together around a theme and followed by a Q&A session.
Normal conferences have poster sessions. The best posters have large catchy titles to draw interested researchers from across a room. Alas, no poster sessions this year and so less opportunity for junior researchers to share their work.
Instead, we propose to embrace the fact that we are online, and propose a Video Wall Session. We'll publish a page of pre-recorded short talks (2-5 minutes) from researchers all over the world for you to enjoy. Short talks will be published together with links to a relevant paper or pre-print and the contact details of the speaker.
Expect catchy titles, entertaining talks, and a better way to consume a huge quantity of research.
